Chee cheong Fun set missing 2 Siew Mai. Not the first time orders have missing items. Need to be more vigilant when packing food.

The kaya toast somehow had a taste of lemon

Ordered french toast platter set but forgot to provide the syrup and kaya butter spread. Have to eat it like plain bread.

Soya sauce chicken sauce spilled all over the bag. Make sure the cover is covered properly next time!

the packaging can be put in box instead of like paper bag... its so soggy when i take out the paper bag

Mediocre standard kind of food. Even the french toast is bland. Egg mayo toast is also not tasty. Not worth the money, overpriced! Will not patronise again.

Half boiled eggs spilled, tea also spilled! Why must them squeeze everything in one bag. There is no base how could the food stay properly while being delivered

wrong item, I ordered gula melaka tea but come in coffee...

they used to put in paper box..now they put in paper bag. it gets hot from the steam and tore the bag. making it v hard to eat

Fan Choy is sour, half of the kaya toast is plain.

The soy sauce chicken and rice both are cold and hard. The restaurant is at fault.

Gave wrong items : instead of Kopi -gave Teh O and there is more . Instead of Kaya toast- gave Egg mayo that has so little egg spread. Spoiled my breakfast mood.

Quality & packaging is no good compared to the ones at hougang mall. Oasis uses brown doggy bag instead of proper white fun toast box. The toast is terrible, as if it’s not even toasted. Terrible !!

Spilled drink, food soaked by spilled drink and packaging torn

i told them to put in white box. they did not. paper bag sticks on to bread when is hot due to steam.paper bag is to wet to hold the bread at all due to steam. horrible service.
