CCF sauce avg, ccf a bit thick & the dry char siew is in chucky strip. Yam cake, siew mai & tender pork ribs are our fave, so delicious! Rest are just average to us.

food is alright, delivery is alright but shop either gave me wrong item, a mushroom cheechongfun (is this even in menu?) for carrot cake or gave wrong item. should have just cancel item and refund. :(
