My colleagues and I enjoyed having Kebabs Faktory for lunch - the portions were generous and filling. Their responses on WhatsApp were really prompt in addressing my concerns as well, thanks!

Great value, really good packaging and quality food

Yum. Hit them spot! Asked for extra sauce and got it! So generous with the meat too! Fries were nice and still hot! Slurp. Thank you Kebabs Faktory for such a hearty, delicious Friday night dinner!

It was really nice (falafel doner) but they added a spicy hot sauce on it (I did not request it and it wasn’t on the list of fillings) that made it a bit too spicy for me. Like my lips were burning!

Taste is good but it could be more sauce (herb yoghurt) in it, I couldn't taste it at all.

Good food. A little bit more spices or spicy options and free ketchups would be nice.

Cheese fries portion quite small tho

Reasonable, pretty similar between wraps etc.. note to restaurant, putting a cold can in the same bag as food makes the food cold by the time it’s delivered.

you didn’t put my greek salad

not as good as usuall, meat was almost non-existent, the tortilla wrap was not toasted, very soggy. Usually I rate 5/5, but this time was really bad

Usually the food is good, but this delivery was not great at all. The pita was rock hard, clearly reheated several times, and the falafel wrap was mostly onions, instead of a range of salad.

Ordered a 6 kebabs and a portion of fried and got delivered no kebab and a portion of fries :(
