Very generous portion for premium tendon. Each piece was crispy and cooked well, was not soggy when I opened the takeaway box. Only thing was the rice was a little hard today

tendon is good but the beef is way overcooked and taste bad. also picture show got soup and chawanmushi but not given. if does not come as a set should remove it from picture or indicated in writing

to be Frank, the quality of the ingredients don't looks premium though. the eel has fishy smell. also , no sauce given. miso soup is a miss. there is room for improvement.
