Jo08/08/2025Order 25% sugar I think can go zero sugar because of the grapefruit and passion fruit syrup. grapefruit pulp is nice. But passion fruit don have passion fruit at all. Jus syrup. U Can do better iTea

Denzel11/08/2025The strawberry milk tea tastes like 100% sugar instead of 25% sugar. The pearls were also too sweet. Felt like they soaked them in sugar water for years.

Jolene25/02/2026Very bad. I ordered at 8:15. The drinks came at 9:45pm. It is more than 1hr wait. Very disappointed. Even the iTea already closed shop & my drinks still not arrived. No way to get updates also 😡
