Ding Feng Handmade Ban Mian (Tampines)

Most delicious soup! Not overly salty and suitable for the noodles, special fried beancurd slices and veg. Very thoughtful with the double paper bag for the karaage and many slices of chilki padi.

The zhai er is super crispy and otah is nice. Will definitely order again!

Noodles texture is nice and soup is not too salty. The prawn pancake can give it a miss though.

My new fave for old school vintage Ban Mian goodness. Taste is robust without being salty. Definitely a satisfying meal for those who love hot soups.

Ingredients are fresh, and I like they use sayur manis
