Flavour is hearty / comforting but meat tastes very salty. Hope they could lessen the seasoning on the meat and allow the freshness of the slice beef stand out more. Overall, chef is very generous

The gravy was mild, not so strong beef taste, not bad, but I like the texture of the beef brisket and tender and soft

used to be my family's favorite beef noodles but standard has dropped significantly. beef slices cannot be differentiated from the sauce as they were in broken tiny pieces and portions are small
