Uncle Bee Hoon (Kallang Pudding Road)

Noodle looks bland but is very tasty, albeit on the saltier side. Was very thirsty after. Good if the seller can consider an option to add egg or vegetables.

The seasoning has this nostalgic taste that I like. They separated all fried food from noodles to avoid sogginess which is really thoughtful. Thank you!

As a Thai person, It’s deliciousa great substitute for Thailand’s famous Shredded Chicken. Will order again for sure

Bee hoon was really tasty and moist. Chicken was also unexpectedly good. The fried crackling given complements the meal really well. Would definitely order again from Seb & Gee’s.
