Overall, aroma is good. Nutty Oat Milk Latte too sweet. There should be an option for not sweet or at least less. sweet.

belgian chocolate cruller : the dough is dry. chocolate pistachio donut : love the dough, it’s soft & just nice. caramel biscoff donut : too sweet, but love the dough. kaya filled donut : dough’s dry.

Order 2 maple cream cold brew latte but only 1 cup had cream

please check yr promotions for the glaze donuts. U.P is 17.40. Promotion is 17.50.

The bagel is as hard as a rock! must have strong teeth in order to chew! my maple cream latte is lack of maple taste and it tasted like normal coffee. However, packaging is good

Please taste the iced tea before serving to customer. tasted like 1tea bag n 2 gallons water. tasteless. ☹️

Just ok. Plain bagel wasn’t fresh and cream cheese was low quality.

Donut missing, bread too hard

the assorted donut box was all plain donuts, not sure if that's what "assorted" means

The ham given in the bagels is just 1 thin slice

Ordered 1 bagel and 1 croissant but 2 bagels came. Both sandwiches are just acceptable.

There is small bits of plastic in the drink.

Bread is soggy and the taste is kinda disgusting, does not worth the price.

delivering for a fren but the items was delayed took an hr + to deliver and end up my fren left home. and it was raining, the food is gone. not sure is Tim's delayed or its food panda issue

Took and hour and a half to arrive.

The timbits were so dry and stale. Tiny and overpriced. Rather get two regular donuts for the price.
