Pepper Lunch's patented hot plate allows you to enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from its signature Steaks and Pepper Rice to its Teppan Pastas and Japanese Classics. It is a great place for a dynamic dining experience that is sure to satisfy your cravings.

Pepper Lunch's success is attributed in part to its unique equipment, the iron plate or teppan, which is designed and patented in Japan. The iron plate is heated using a special electromagnetic cooker, which can bring it up to 260°C in just 70 seconds and maintain a temperature of around 80°C for over 20 minutes. This temperature range is ideal for grilling meat, as it keeps it tender and juicy. Additionally, the iron plate's ability to retain heat means that food stays warm for longer, allowing customers to fully savour the flavours of their meal.
