Love the fried bee hoon from this shop: not too dry, seasoned just right . Best if can change the luncheon meat to chicken or omit it, healthier.

The cafe actually followed my request to remove the luncheon meat from the bee hoon but didn't replace with fish cakes or pork slices.

Always like the mee siam and fried bee hoon. Will give 5 stars if they can add fresh pork slices to their bee hoon instead of luncheon meat as a healthier option.
