About Cedele

Established in 1997 by founders who had a passion for using fresh and natural ingredients in their cooking and baking, Cedele were also the first in Singapore to introduce superfoods into their menu, making healthy eating more accessible.

Cedele places emphasis on the care they put into their menu and the overall wellbeing of their customers. They design their menus to be inclusive and offer options to cater to different dietary needs. Their menu covers whole cakes, breads, pastries and cookies, high tea sets, sandwiches, grain/rice bowls, salads, gift boxes, bread bags, pantry beverages, pantry snacks, and pantry kitchen essentials.

Cedele's breads are handmade from scratch each day with the highest quality ingredients. They only use unbleached flour and avoid preservatives, improvers, and emulsifiers. These are baked in small batches for quality control. The sourdough breads are naturally leavened with a 25-year-old sourdough starter and undergo a long fermentation process of 24 hours. Other breads, both sweet and savoury, undergo a pre-fermentation process of at least 12 hours, which makes the nutrients easier to digest and absorb.

Cedele's coffee and teas are organic and freshly brewed in stores. In addition to fresh bakes and everyday meals, Cedele offers several house brands for customers to shop, adding to the range of healthier snacks and beverages in-store and online.

Cedele also offers guilt-free cakes for various occasions, including birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, and celebratory events. They use only the finest ingredients, such as buttercreams, strawberries, eggs, and unrefined organic sugar, and do not use any artificial trans fat. All cakes are made fresh from scratch daily and by hand.

Sharon27/03/2026The soup for the sets is mini size. The sandwiches and the thins are full size. The thins are a good portion. The default bread for the sandwich is sourdough. No option to choose bagel, foccacia etc.

Sharon06/03/2026Size of sliced cakes has shrunk significantly. Strawberries on strawberry tartlet were not fresh. Only saving grace is the nondescript plain bagel. Chewy and dense. Just like how it should be.
Sharon27/02/2026Wish the bagel sandwiches weren’t toasted as I prefer the chewy texture of the untoasted bagel. The fillings for Triple Decker are hearty and have a smoky aroma prob due to the crispy bacon. Yums
Sharon04/02/2026Pandan cotton cheesecake is a dream. Airy and light. Cornflake cookies and choc chip macadamia cookies are great. Ondeh cookies are hard and crunchy. A letdown. Bakers Brew rendition is much better.
