The Hokkien me very nice but not the chili, from my taste the chilli not suitable for Hokkien mee

Hokkien noodles are moist,too bad I didn't get to taste the chilli. Because I bought it for my kids. Carrot cakes is as good but I would prefer it softer personally.

I have a preference for this dry type of HKM which has the flavour infused into the noodles instead of having the noodles swimming in gooey gravy. This is about the best dry HKM I have ever tasted.

Hokkien mee was nice.

Arrived still hot, so noodles were moist and tasty with added rich, savory, and deeply umami flavour of pork lard - well-balanced with the tart lime. Truly satisfied my craving for Hokkien Mee.

The Noodles is good but only thing the garlic is too chunky and not totally cooked. Pls fry it longer.
